This is such a great segment. You don’t even have to be into college football to love it.
Joel Klatt on the show, must be Fathers Day
@cashsstylist2940 no one knew Joel existed before Colin. Chill out Hop along I know the trail
These two always make me laugh, since they always “busy each other’s chops.” People on today’s sports talk/debate shows usually have egos too fragile for that. Colin also lets Nick Wright joke around with him, almost every time he’s on. It’s a sign that Colin is confident in himself, if you ask me. Love the show.
Texas FSU and USC in the top ten is nice to see. Feels like early 2000s.
FSU was bad for the 00's. That is why it is called "The Lost Decade" in Tallahassee and the locals only talk about it at night behind closed doors.
Deion has that megachurch pastor energy that works better in college than the NFL
Much better. He’s a perfect fit for mentoring kids as a father figure; he’s amazing at it
I agree. Plus his huge skill is recruiting. You’re not really recruiting in the pros
Yeah, Deion gets to pick his players. You dont get to do that in the NFL. Why most successful college coaches dont make it.
Do you think Deion could get laid as much as George Costanza did? That dude had a new hottie every episode.
“There most difficult opponent this year, is their schedule” FACTS
Somebody please make a "Colin & Klatt Show" happen!
It would be my first watch every day.
It would get played out fast. Also, Once the college football ends the show would be unwatchable
Best segment on tv every week during the season. There’s no other answer.
You guys are doing too much on here. It's a dude on the couch giving his opinion about football, you can see that everywhere lol.
When Colin was saying to Joel "if I was your father...", all I could think was "no, Colin, that's not how this works"
Coach Prime has said multiple times he doesn’t want to coach pro. His coaching style is best suited for college. He can build his own legacy in Boulder.
@@TalkitrhroughPete never said that and was a pro coach for the Patriots. We knew he was going back.
You think Prime is gonna be happy just coaching college when he could prove all of his haters wrong by winning in the NFL... I think he says he wants to stay in college because he's teying to focus on winning there right now.
The best day of the Herd!!!
Exactly and you can tell Klatt is packing a huge hog. At some points you can even see an imprint. Wow. What do you guys think?
Thank you Joe Klatt shooting down the narratives Coach Prime is not going to NFL. He has publicly stated this numerous times.
@justonevoice717Saban never played in the league. Two completely different personalities. Prime knows the league better than any coach in college. If he says his style doesn’t fit he means it. Now in some years a big time SEC school comes that different.
Would coach Prime turn down Jerry Jones become the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys and the first human being to win the Super Bowl as both a player and a coach on the same team
@@bigwaidave4865 Only Coach could answer that question. But from following Coach his entire career. Coaching College football really gives him the position he feels most comfortable.
I’m sure he’d take it but it wouldn’t be wise. His skill set is much better suited to college. But wouldn’t be surprised to see him jump at some stage
Imagine another USC vs Texas championship game version 2.0
I don't think any football game, pro or college, could top that 2006 SC vs Texas Rose Bowl for me. Best game I have ever seen.
@@drm2364 we don’t know yet cause SC’s qb is in another stratosphere then bamas. I’d take SC since that defense only needs to be average and they look it
This is always my favorite segment of the week.
These 2 are great together!
Love me some Joel Klatt!
Colin’s best show always and I’m not even a massive cfb guy. Just love Joel and yours chemistry
Nice to see the playing field level for once! Now that everyone can pay players ol st. Nick is gonna find things a little different
Deion is the best thing to happen to college football in a long time.
This relationship is the best part of this show
Maybe if Alabama had a offense line that can block the quarterback would be able to do a better job.
Saban's problem isn't related to players. His staff turnover in the last few years has caught up. Kiffin or Sark would be designing a completely different game for Milroe.
Texas is BACK!
I wish Deion could see this but my entire life I didn’t really care about college football, these last 2 seasons I haven’t missed a single game he was coaching. He has inspired someone to enjoy something I never thought I would, that to me is the highest level of respect. And I know it sounds corny but he’s doing the impossible yet again.
There are a handful of athletes I will NEVER doubt, idc what they’re doing. Just to name a few Tom Brady, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, LeBron James and of course the one and only Neon Deion. He is single-handedly changing the course of college football and I can’t believe I’ve been lucky enough to witness it
Coach Sark said it this offseason...This team feels like my team....
🤘🇺🇸
So nice of Colin to have his dad back on the show.
joel is my favorite sports analyst.
If I’m shedeur im staying. Colorado would be a dark horse for the natty next year with another good recruiting class
@@Al-Rudigorthrow in another transfer class with another recruiting class and he may be right
The only risk about staying another year is messing with your own money. If he plays like this the whole year. He's a top 5 pick in the NFL and all the endorsements and deals he signs and top 5 Contract is all right there.
Now if he stays 1 more year, because he's already a Junior. So next year he'd be a senior. There is a big risk involved.
Yes he could run it back with Hunter and play and play so well they win 🏆 and he becomes #1 pick and better endorsements and everything. BUT
if he gets injured or his numbers go down. He drops in draft stock. Some teams won't take the chance on a hurt QB. Doesn't get the same deals. He could really hurt his pocket. So that's the risk u take when u do so well and then try to run it back instead of taking the money and moving on.
Joel is on point if I’m shedeur I see my value which will be a top pick then I say if Caleb goes I’m the number 1 pick vs being a top pick and he will set not only himself up but all the other prospects on that team boost recruiting and continue to become a legend in Colorado right with elway and joker
If I was him I would rather go the same year as Caleb Williams. I wouldn't want to be the number 1 overall pick because it rarely works out
Best segment on FS1 Joel Klatt schooling Colin.
Bama tried to get one player from the Portal and he stayed at Miami 🙌🏾
Coach Prime has stated Time and time again that he can’t coach in the NFL due to the egos and not being able to coach a person who already has it all, ie contracts. His style is not suited for NFL. College is where he most makes an impact. He’s the Jim Brown of this era.
He’s gonna end up in the nfl we all know it. Too great a challenge to try.
Klatt reminds me when I would teach my son about football.
The argument between Colin and Joe is pretty great. Both guys are very knowledgable about College football, and their chemistry is also on point. This segment is worse without either one of them.
Love Klatt on this show.
Nah Colin is nuts with that USC and Bama comp😂
Joe klatt is very good at what he does. Greatness
Yeah and you can tell he’s got a huge hog. You can even kinda see an imprint at times. Wow. What do you guys think?
Colin workin for the feds with this Deion to the NFL take.
The NIL...has evened the playing field. Saban no longer has the best players. And I LOVE IT 😊😂
Alabama arguably has one of the best rosters in college football still even after losing to be fair
Klatt and DC would make a great show!!!
The best segment on the herd
Great comment about The Lords, callings in Dion‘s life
Coach Prime has said it in a number of different interviews that he's not interested in coaching in the NFL because he's not interested in trying to coach people that don't love the game of football and are essentially there just for a check.
Seriously. They keep trying to push a narrative that has already been addressed. He’s in a good place to build his own legacy. He has 100% ammunity. The city is his. Basically he is the god of war there. Why go to the pros? And he hasn’t even won multiple championships yet there.
Exactly. The only possible scenario would be for him to go to a poorly run team and basically reset it. But we know, as well as him, the NFL is more business than football so he won't go there
Interesting but don’t you think when football becomes you’re only way to make money it makes you care about it more?
Yeah he could prob have some success there but I think where is is, mentoring kids like he is, is invaluable and maximizes the effect he can have. He’s a charismatic father figure and belongs in some sort of role guiding youth
USC can't seem to get past Utah recently
No, Alabama’s O-line got shredded. It’s not the QB it’s the offensive line. The QB has to have time to throw the ball.
Wow! Watching a replay of the Chargers vs Dolphins game in SOFI stadium and I hear the stadium is closed. This caused shadow lines all over the field. A $6 billion stadium presenting a picture of the play on the field that sucks.
Could be a 2005 BCS Rematch, which would be insane
Father's Day! 😍😍
Great segment! 👍
First several drives of watching Shadeur Sanders play QB, and he reminded me of one guy: Thomas Edward Brady. This is also why I think
Colorado has a strong chance to win every game they play. SS is good at getting the ball out quickly, accurately, and he is very good at using the width of the field to complete short passes, that keep them out of 3rd and long situations. If Colorado played a team like UGA ten times, they might only win one or two, but they don’t have to play them ten times, they only have to play them once. And I like their chances in one game against anybody in the country.
I was thinking that too. His mentoring from Brady himself has CLEARLY paid off!
Yeah I think they're gonna head into USC with both teams undefeated. Whether they can beat USC, im less sure of. Oregon I think they can beat and when they do, it's gonna be impossible to deny what is happening
He has that Brady memory, too - Prime said that Shadeur wanted to get back against a TCU assistant who apparently disrespected him many years earlier.
If a team like UGA played CU ten times they wouldn't beat CU nine times. UGA wouldn't likely beat AL eight out of ten either.
Always good to see some life lessons being taught from father to little Colin.
Joel Klatt has become my favorite analyst easily!
GO LIONS!!!!!!
Joel it’s ok this just means the student is paying attention and learning.
Top 10 reflects the offensive and defensive lines, the DNA of football is physicality. I would love to see Colorado do well, I am rooting for them but the O and D lines are not there yet. I am with Klatt 8, wins. If Colorado had Florida St’s O and D lines to go long with their own skills positions players, this would be an unbelievable season. It’s not this year for Colorado.
Best segment of the week
Colin the same person who said Sam Darnold was better than Lamar 😂😂😂
Great segment.
Klatt attack!
Milroe is super raw. But with his insane athleticism, even a little bit of experience, improvement, and confidence could get Bama right back into contention.
He can run the ball maybe they should have focused on developing schemes where they can run the ball more and let their defense and run game dominate. I still think Bama is fine though. They should be favored rest of the way and win the SEC west still
Saban needs to fix the o line. That should be priority, I don’t care who you put behind it, it’s hard to do anything when the defense stays in your backfield
My top 5...............Ohio St. Georgia Oklahoma USC LSU.........As of week 3...........
This was a strange segment. I think it's the 1st time that Michigan wasn't talked about for half of it.
Interesting, before seeing Klatts top 4, I was thinking those same teams primarily because they can score AND play great Defense.
Deficiency at QB may have come from the Tex D line rolling all over him
what a segment
IMHO, Utah is not a top 10 team. I watched every snap vs Florida and Baylor (bc I had a hefty bet on the Baylor game) and they are not it. Even if rising comes back , 15th-ish is more appropriate.
The Texas Longhorns Defense caused Alabama to look deficient at Quarterback.
"Hook Em"
I have a question; I love cold Coors Light.....
Klatt knows football
Colon knows how to talk for hours
It’s not about this year it’s about detecting the trend …
Deion is exciting, but he didn't "turn the Colorado team around". He brought several dozen new players.
@@funkycichy2722 replacing everyone is not turning a team around. It's getting a whole new team. Gonna go two ways: CU wins a title and the old ways are blown out forever or CU collapses and Deion melts down. I hope it's the first one.
HOOK EM
The take is wrong Texas took advantage of turnovers and clock in 4th quarter Bama was up 16-13 defense held Texas in check for 3 quarters
Colin wants Bama to go away lol, they would still beat the majority of those top 10 teams
Kordell has class and should be on sports talk shows...
Fox Sports should sign Klatt to a lifetime contract. Best College football analyst around, and he's actually likeable.
Playing without a good defense can get you into the playoff. I don't believe you can win it all without a superb defense.
Bama got beat at all phases qbs looked apart but the o line was terrible for bama
And Texas D-Line constantly harassed Alabama O-Line. Texas trenches are superb this year.
I knew my boy AD was gonna go off
Colin getting all giddy that the Pac 2 has a slew of quarterbacks that's going pro 😂😂
"I have a problem with grown men making Alot of money not wanting to do they job" -deion sanders
For Sanders what's more important the draft # or the nfl team
Hey Colin! Do you still think Ewers wouldn't start in the Pac12? Dude is legit and has elite arm talent and he's only getting better. Enjoy the ride. Hook Em 🤘
As a Bama fan that was the gaping difference in that game. You guys have an experienced elite qb. We have a rookie who made rookie mistakes. Ewers could start whenever he wanted
Nice of Colin to invite his dad to work
Come on now who did usc played frl because nobody talking about Stafford being a good team
Stanford is a power 5 team with way better athletes than any of those fcs schools the sec opens with. And sc beat them worse then bama and Georgia beating their low competition. 49-3 at half with a power 5 team is crazy.
What I absolutely don’t understand is how any of the coaches including Nick Sabin thought this was going to be a good idea to start Jalen milroe I’m dumbfounded maybe a set time for lane Kiffin
Joel is a solid analyst. However, Texas was dominant on both lines of scrimmage. His saying with a better QB Bama would have won is just hyperbole. Texas left points on the board is a true statement, in contrast. Texas-USC would be an epic game though.
The "Experts" act like CU is a high school team that Prime is using as a stepping stone to get to a "Real" college Program.
Give prime room to change his MIND! IF he ever had a chance to coach his sons in the league on the same team. He will go
8 Wins for CU is a good start
As long as Riley keeps Grinch, USC will never win a national championship.
Buffs definitely have some L's coming but maybe they steal one against USC, UCLA, Ore St, Utah..
For 3 years in a row Georgia is just flat out better than Alabama. I wasn’t expecting this hmmmm………
That’s his football ministry
Wednesdays are for Klatt.
Shedure will make $8-10 million in college. He can win a Heisman and a natty next year. There isn’t much risk to staying in college.
Shaduer should stay one more year then him and Travis could be the top 2 picks of the 2025 NFL draft and possibly make the playoff
I would pay money for y’all to analyze my Arkansas Razorbacks but we aren’t good enough
joel reminds me of troy aikman

The skinny jamarcus russell😳😳😂😆😂💦
You should of told Klatt that +7 in the win column is not unheard of since TCU put a +8 in the win column last year. Also I’m not a TCU fan I just state facts but I do love Deion Sanders and he’s excellent.
