Vegetable oil is in fact extracted from the fruit or seeds a certain plans, such as corn, canola, cottonseed, safflower, sunflower or soybean. There are various ways to extract the oil. The method we're about to see is called cold pressing. It all starts with seeds, in this case a dark variety of sunflower seeds. Cold pressing yield less oil than other methods, so it's usually just smaller specialty companies that use the process. The big vegetable oil makers tend to use solvents and high pressure high speed presses. That is much more productive but it also generates heat, which darkens the oil and diminishes its flavor and nutritional value. These seeds (Shells and all), will go through this low-pressure press. The temperature inside is kept below 40 degrees Celsius, hence the term cold-pressed. The press operator has to carefully monitor and adjust the speed pressure and temperature because keeping a press cool is no easy task given the heat that mashing seeds naturally generates. The pressing mechanism (The screw press), is made up of several sections so they can shorten or lengthen it according to the type to seeds they're pressing, to allow for more or less room for the scenes within the chamber. 100 kilograms have seized per hour go through the press, producing 38 liters of oil, low volume but high-quality. This this seed residue, called seed cakes, is later sold for animal feed. Now though is key to monitoring temperature and if the seed cakes are too warm that means he is building up and they have to open the exit wider to reduce the inside pressure and bring the temperature down. Once the oil is extracted, they pump it through a filtration system. These cloth filters allow the oil to pass through, but any remaining seed residue gets caught in the fibers. The oil runs through the filters repeatedly, until it becomes clear. Mastering the art of cold pressing takes a lot of know how and experience but it results in oil that is healthier and tastier. Cold pressed oils made from other seeds pose different production challenges. Flak seed and hemp seed are extremely sensitive to heat, so workers have to cool the press during the process to offset the heat during the pressing.

I think reinhardt should get ability to regen hp, just a little bit, similiar to mercy's regen.
Because:
-He is usually the one to just tank dmg, especially in close combat where his shield isn't really that much of a help. He cannot do shit while low health due his big hitbox and noisiness
-It can be really frustrating to play on a team with no healers.
-Roadhog also can regen, and do it really much.
-Reinhardt is slow and it takes time to go for a health kit, and you usually can't charge after a fight because you already had.
1: there is a reason for that, plus it builds ults for healers
2: that, my friend, is a bad team
3: roadhog is a different tank
4: rein is just as fast as the other heroes, he just has a big hitbox
His shield already recharges, that's like giving bastion back his personal shield. It'll only break the game.

2.Yeah, as tank player and reinhardt main i don't always like that if my team is bad, i am bad. Especially in comp my rating is based on my luck to get good team.
3. Yeah, he is 1v1 champ with no real counters. Has good range with hook and good dmg.
4. Bigger hitboxes alone make it impossible to melee without taking dmg. Also he is still slower than average, usually.
Eyball440 And bastion can self heal. And do a lot of dmg, at range.
While reinhardt needs to go hug the enemy to do dmg.
Of course you have a shield but you can't melee with shield up.
thats because reinhardt isnt supposed to get kills, thats probably why you are in a low rank, reinhardt's strength isnt his health or his damage and he moves at the same speed as every other character in the game except for tracer and genji, who both move slightly faster than all the other heroes, his strength is his ability to put up a sheild the size of a minivan and let his entire team not take damage while they kill the other team. he doesnt need any passive health regen because his sheild already does that so if he needs to he can let it charge and slowly back away with the sheild up to escape.
