Crazy to see how big Ryden has gotten, little dude is gonna be a spice beast when he's older, all of those chips sounded really good, I eat pepper jack cheese everyday on my tortilla wraps.

IT'S SO WEIRD how these companies can't make a good chili chip! I often make my own - and heat is the easiest flavor to add - and it doesn't diminish when they are packed and stored. If you don't want to "blow people way" the just add some cayenne powder and a tiny bit of habanero to your spice mix - and if you do there are SO many ways of adding A LOT of heat! My favorite is to infuse the potatoes with chili in all stages - and you can literally ramp it up and down as you please till you find your perfect balance... I hate getting a "hot" chip when it's literally more spicy to eat a bell pepper.... so freaking annoying!
