The arm is just his arm. The knife is a trick knife. If you look at the knife when he is holding it up, and then again when he is "cutting" his arm, you can easily see they are two different lengths. This is because the knife extends out and has a thin semi-circle portion that goes over the arm. You can actually see it hiding in the hilt while he is holding it up, and then when he lowers it out of view of the camera, you can hear the clock of it extending. Blood almost certainly also came out of the handle. Still very cool. Kind of want one.

I saw a panel with him at a convention and the interviewer was trying to talk up how “positive” all his music was, which he reacted a little strange to since the interviewer had clearly not listened to that many songs if that’s what he thinks. All I could think of was that he clearly never heard “The Night Santa Went Crazy”.
Al is more than a master of comedy, Al is a trans generational master of comedy. He’s been doing his thing since just after my pops graduated highschool, there are multiple generations of families at this point who he has brought joy. Al is in my humble opinion one of the greatest comedians of the 21st century
