Favorite D&B track of the year IMO. I really love how catchy this sounds! I do hope this will be in UKF Drum and Bass 2019 if they make an album this year.
This is just about as generic as it gets, but that's fine becuase I love the generic sound. Ukf posts a wide variety of dnb from this generic sound all the way to neurofunk, I hate neurofunk for the most part. Ukf posts their version Of liquid dnb as well, I dont care for ukf liquid as much as I like liquicity/liquiddnbftw usually. Pretty much this is the more basic/light dnb depending on the person you talk to.

Just because most of the stuff UKF posts sounds the same doesn't mean all dnb sounds like this. There is massive and unique deep, neurofunk, experimental and even dancefloor and jumpup. Just dig a little deeper

Agreed, I was waiting for elements of darkness and rawness, but instead ended up with a pretty flat tune. Not a terrible tune but not very unique or gripping. It was the grit and darkness of Drum and Bass which attracted me to it for all of these years, hearing a beautiful soft melody clashing with dirty dark underlying forces, this seems to have been removed in order to appeal to casual radio listeners in hope one of these songs makes it into the top 40 within the pop charts. This song has a lot of potential, hopefully someone drops a dirty remix and shows us how it's done
I don't care if it's not super original, it is executed so well
