Effortless lighthearted focus exactly describes the state I've found most conducive to manifesting outcomes. Too much effort, will, too much wanting, this hinders the attainment of what we want.

Someone just loaned me a book. I remember there are no coincidences. The cause for what we experience when we are dreaming is exactly the same as for when we are awake. I asked some friends once, when talking about getting messages from dreams, Why worry about waking up just before figuring out what a dream is trying to tell us? The message isn't held in the dream but is held in the dreamer just as the dream. 🙏

hello, i accidentaly poisoned my cat Lucy and she suffered a violent demise as she was getting horrible convulsions,,, i put her to sleep but it all was so violent and obv could have been avoided,,, i know all about the hard lessons in life, it just feels like i cannot overcome it as of right now,,, i broke up,,, i guess im looking for outside sympahty,,, this lectur eis keeping me calm and hopeful,,, it gives puprose to the maybe otherwise meanngless extreme suffering,,, i dont know,,, i wish i could talk to somone

Maybe imagine and dream of your ideal relationship...what it would look like, how it would make you feel, etc. instead of focusing on just only one person. Perhaps “he” isn’t who you’re meant to be with. 💕

Do you think dark matter is our imagination or what directs our imaginational power?
Do you actually see an image when you close your eyes and do the "envisioning" process? I ask because I see the dark when I close my eyes and try to "Envision"...I do not see images, yet. If you see Images when you close your eyes, how do I learn the ability to see images when I close my eyes?
The images are not in the black space. It's when you zone out and start seeing. Just like when you dream. You don't see the images in the black space while being conscious of the black. You rather transcend any physical constrained and enter a different reality all together. Don't close your eyes in order to see something in a backdrop, close your eyes in order to not be distracted by your environment. You could also visualize with open eyes, it's what happens when you find yourself staring at something without being conscious of what you are staring at because you are somewhere else all together. You can visualize while you are driving a car, it's when you suddenly realize you have been driving the car without being conscious of it because you were somewhere else all together.

I can’t answer your question. I didn’t realize some are unable to “envision” in picture. My whole life, since I was a child, when I close my eyes, I always see whatever I’m thinking about & in great detail. I very rarely see just dark unless I force myself to not think of anything which is extremely hard to do. Even when I focus on just my breath while meditating. In order to stay mindful, I have to count my inhale & exhale. Those numbers go across my mind as I say them. So I still don’t see black. I find it fascinating how everyone is so different

You can look at anything and the same would happen but fire is a natural mildly interesting occurrence. It's interesting enough to attract attention and uninteresting enough to zone out while looking at it. You can also look at your ceiling or wall though, or the black behind your eye lid. The point is that you don't see the images where you see real life. You enter a different space all together. Exactly like when you remember things
