we went hiking at starved rock state park along the Illinois river. near Utica and Ottawa Illinois

Looked a nice park, so great hiking, especially in that awesome weather. Lots of steps and a nice walk down in the canyon, shame there was no waterfall at the end. That was some drop at Wild Cat Canyon and good to have a few benches to rest on after all those steps. Cheers Alan

We got a feeling that wild cat canyon has a dark history. There are a few signs pertaining to suicide prevention hanging on the rails 😬
