    Ingredients:
    • 1 packet of frozen pastry sheets, thawed for 2 hours
    • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    • For the Masala Filling:
    • 3 medium-sized onions
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 pinch of sugar
    • For the Egg Wash:
    • 1 beaten egg
    Preparation:
    1. Thaw the pastry sheets for 2 hours and slice the boiled eggs.
    2. To prepare the masala filling, heat a pan on the stove and pour cooking oil. Add chopped ginger, garlic, and sliced onions. Once the onions turn translucent, add turmeric powder, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, and sugar. Stir well until the masala filling is ready.
    3. Dust the surface and pastry sheets with flour to prevent sticking. Cut the pastry sheets into 8 square pieces and roll each sheet into a rectangular shape of medium thickness.
    4. Place the masala filling on one side of the pastry sheet and top it with a sliced egg (upside down). Fold and seal the pastry. Alternatively, you can place the filling in the centre of the sheet, fold all the corners to the centre, and seal.
    5. Use the beaten egg as an egg wash to seal the edges of the puffs easily.
    6. Place all the prepared puffs on a foil-lined tray greased with oil for baking.
    7. Egg wash all the puffs using the beaten egg for a beautiful, crispy, golden-brown finish.
    8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes and bake the puffs for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
