I’m sure it would as long as you can tune the carb. If you don’t buy it assembled and tested you will have to get it to idle right etc. Your size will be fine for the bike. However, in my opinion for resale and a bike that is proven for a long period is the TTR 230. You can find them used close to the same price. However the TM31 has a good engine and I think they will last but their value will be less as the years go by compared to the TTR.

Love my TTR230 for some good woods riding. It’s a tank. My kx250 is a bit much when you wanna just ride.
Yeah, in my opinion it’s hard to beat in the woods . Have you tried the kx250x?

I’m not sure of the exact weight but I would guess 260 lbs. It really don’t feel heavy when riding.
