    I was surprised you didn’t use your tapering jig. But I guess they only work when you cut a taper along the entire length of the board. A double taper would be more difficult for a tapering jig.

      Always trying to show a different way of doing things, so just cut the taper on the bandsaw freehand, and then cleaned it up with the hand plane.

    I completely forgot I made this table. Mine was in red oak because it was what I could afford at the time.
