hey man i bought the same ski recently. i have 70psi 80psi ad 90psi in each clyinder.. do you think i should rebuild it? if so what top end kit do you recomend
you need to show how to pull the engine,what needs to be taken ,off what to pull off, in order to get the engine out. propeller, shaft, lines, whatever ., don't take a lot of time explaining what u r doing and repeat yourself 4/5 times. what to do first, second, ,in steps even without talking, like show & tell.-----------------

Hey, I've got a complete Manual pdf file for the kawasaki zxi engines. Depending on what ski you find, there will be some pdf files you can find online. If not just look up the model and find a paper copy manual for the ski. Shop manuals are the best thing to have to reference taking things apart, and specifications.

put pistons in set head on top of block at needed height and start putting pins in from heighest push rod

How much did it cost to rebuild?
The rebuilt crankshaft was $375, plus the top end kit which was another $350.

Yes, the manual will be the same for the engine/internals. The body of the watercraft varies slightly.
