We will learn the real reason why Matthew left the so-called "glamour scene" of food critic life for regenerative farming life. Really enjoyed this - especially the rundown of raw milk. It should definitely be on offer and we know it would be in high demand and likely for very premium prices. Missed opportunity, as it stands.
IT would have been important to point out that, once fermented, raw milk is far less dangerous to health and is the source of some of the world´s most delicious cheeses.
I have watched Matthews journey from the start,but I must disagree with his statement that millions of people have died from drinking raw milk. Before formulas all babies where raised on raw milk which was scalded first without I'll affect.
He has gone full mainstream...never go full mainstream lol

Exactly...he's absolutely lost imo. He's from the city and moved to Tassie. He's caught in between real life and fake life....drink real milk. Eat real butter. Eat real meat. All day long. He will sell you pasta bread sugar loaded food and say it's good though....then tell you raw milk is bad. Dudes lost.
