It just got real! Congrats to all the contestants who have made it this far. That Derrick guy though... he manages to pull of some amazing risky stuns all in the name of ... 'I have never done this before'.
Woohoo Go Derrick and Charne!! 🥳 Also Fritz and Zola have become a good combo for this show. I like the different opinions and expertise each brings to the show and the bakers in supporting them as they learn and grow through different challenges.
Would love to bake but Royal Baking Powder is not available in my area. Sadly that lets me out of being able to try for a Kitchen Aid mixer. I love watching and will continue to do so. I enjoy it very much.
Me neither. I searched just to see if it wasn't a way to get some more product placement. Apparently it is a legitimate thing to do, though not common. Sometimes they add it in things I don't think it does anything to help at all, but I get it. (I bake a ton, regular and vegan bakes, so I know more than a little bit). It is used more often in vegan baking when they don't do a sub for eggs. I have a blog I like that has really delicious baking recipes and they often use a little bit more baking powder in a cake or quick bread instead of doing an egg replacement that some people might not have at home. It makes vegan baking more approachable and I have been surprised at home much I enjoy their recipes.
Because it is a common language in South Africa. Charlize Theron grew up speaking it. English is actually only the 4th most common language in SA. English is spoken most often in Government probably because more people understand it than some of the other official languages, but only 9% speak it as their first language. Afrikaans is third most common language and is 5% more common as a first language than English. Zulu is the most commonly spoken language. I am trying to figure out if that is what Senzo is speaking or not.
This episode brought tears to my eyes😭Oh Catherine..she is so lovely😢❤
I really love and enjoy this show 💘
I cannot BELIEVE who ended up safe at the end. Shocking

Everyone worked so hard! Catherine and Tshepiso, good luck for the future!
Catherine Is so charismatic
I can't believe them two went home. They were definitely at the top 5 I thought.
Such an emotional episode. Sad to see the two ladies go. Also, keep going Derrick. You not playing your pin respect. And you keep surprising yourself.
