Tachometer Install Toyota Corolla 2E

Black - Negative/Ground (Any metal part of the car)
Red - Ignition Fuse (So that it's fused thus making it safe from short circuits. Also, for it to work ONLY as you turn the key to ON)
White - Tail Light Fuse (So that turns on as your switch on your dashboard panel lights)
Green - Ignition Coil Negative Ground (Explained on video for electric or contact point distributor)

yung negative wire ba boss na galing distributor mo yan ung dulo nya nasa panel mo

Negative wire -> Negative/Ground from battery
Signal wire po ung galing sa distributor for the RPM. Ang ginawa ko lang po sa vid is hinanap ung stock na wiring from signal wire ng distributor papunta sa socket ng panel gauge natin.
Ang XL po kasi ay same lang ng wiring harness sa mga XE, GLI. Pinagkaiba lang po is limited ung features ng satin mga XL. Kaya may mga abang na wiring po diyan and plug and play if ever mag kabit ka ng panel gauge na may RPM sa XL natin.

Negative sir. Mas okay direct ground and positive battery. Baka mag static sa stereo mo niyan hehe

Gauge repair depende po sa sira. Usually umaabot din ng 1-2k. Naka score po ako ng bagong gauge ngayon pang XE (may kasamang RPM) for only 2.5k

That tachometer will not last 3 months tops ! Its made in China and a piece of junk even though it only $15.00 .
