Great video about the LED bulbs. I've had an old B120 Suzuki for years that I'm slowly 'upgrading' in similar fashion, but LED bulbs have proved to be tricky as while it's 6v it's all a/c, so they won't work. I don't particularly want to reinvent the electrical system so for the time being the project has stalled
The headlight bulb claimed to be non-polarised, but I suspect, even if it worked, it might strobe. It'd be interesting to try. Without major surgery there's always limitations aren't there? I'd like to stop the indicator clicking at start up, but I think the charge/indicator bulb is integral to the charging system, so I too am now stalled. 👍
Have you got a link to the exact headlight bulb you used? After a rather hairy ride home from work the other week i think these might be a good upgrade.
I believe it was this one (99%). But, as I bought it 2 years ago, I can't be totally certain: www.classiccarleds.co.uk/products/compact-direct-fit-p45t-r2-led-hi-lo-beam-conversion-5-15-volts-410-423?srsltid=AfmBOorWamETutB7HdSqrAP53XR95wmT4kz5zzs4FTw081HQcXvBImVN
@CodgerBiker amazing thank you, I'll do a little bit of homework. Really enjoy and appreciate your MZ videos. I'm new to MZ ownership and so far you've covered most questions I've had about mine 👍
I cant be bovved with this on my own ts but have a £12 rechargable led bicycle lamp. It's dead bright and lasts for 90/270 mins on night/day mode. If you really want, two of them would light up Wembley.
Nice, 50 years ago, my first "big bike" was a CZ 125, a bit slow but did the job..Happy Christmas, one old codger to another!
I had 2x CZ 175 Trail. Never onroad, just round the farm. Loved them. Remember the kickstart/gear lever! 👍👍🎄🎄
I have subscribed the channel to watch your videos regularly
Thank you! I hope you enjoy them. 👍

No problem. Visibility is important. With that bulb I run the headlight day/night. It does not drain the battery. 👍👍

It's an option I guess 😉👍
