For the gas cylinder you can put it in the compartment next to the cooker and drill a hole for the gas pipe.

Negotiate if you renovate whether landlord will re emburse if not slowly find a new place although your place seems it has a nice garden f9r baby to play and be outdoors unlike other apartments/flats
