- The Jetour T2 Traveller Sneak Peek! [Car Preview]
On our final days in China, we got to see the pre-production model of the Jetour T2 Traveller, which will make its way here to the Philippines. In this Filipino car review, we take a first look at the Jetour T2 Traveller, to see what sort of design and features it can offer. The Jetour T2 Traveller is based on the Jetour T3 concept car, and will come with different engine options. The Jetour T2 that will likely arrive in the Philippines will be equipped with a 2 liter gasoline engine and a plug-in hybrid. The 2023 Jetour T2 Traveller is slated to arrive here around October of this year.
Since the Toyota FJ Cruiser is no longer available, and the Land Rover Defender is too expensive, the Jetour Traveller may present a viable option in it's price level.

It'll not be easy to know which car to choose going forward.
China is the "world's factory", that includes car parts and electronics. China also manufactures cars for major brands like toyota, mitsu, honda, ford, GM, and some european brands. They no longer need to spend a ton for R&D. It should come as no surprise then why they are producing these good-looking, feature-packed vehicles at very competitive prices.

The vehicle has a lot of Land Rover Defender & Ford Bronco design cues,which is bad imo coz it will always remind me of those two.hence I'd rather have either or both those.
Defender starts at 6M. Bronco from the gray market is also around that price. If the Jetour is priced at 2M, then it's a steal. Reliability is a concern, but given LR and Ford's infamous reliability issues, this looks promising.
@@momonyak reliability is not a concern anymore on these chinese cars, we all know that since modern chinese cars has been tested for almost 5 years, parts issue nalang ang reklamo ng mga jdm fanatic ngayon :)

Parang defender dito sa uk. Kumusta pala chinese cars sa pinas so far? Not against chinese cars i think they will be at par with korean cars in the future
as usual, mirage/wigo/vios owner are trying their best to destroy these chinese car in ph, owning one for almost 4 years and didn't find any reliability issue so far

Dashing design was copied from Urus, now this T2 looks like its copied from a Land Rover. I think I get now Jetour's design style.
