Just because YOU happen to think what you’re doing is a joke, doesn’t mean the recipient will. The whole point of a joke is get people laughing in a positive way, to lift peoples moods, to have fun, to make the day better, it’s not humiliation, belittling, bullying, physically harming etc etc.

The snowball fight was between him and Jim and for the final part, he knew Pam would be by Jim's side, so he set up the prank so that it wouldn't harm her and only affect Jim, just to keep his word of honor. Pam freaked out a little because Jim's paranoia rubbed off on her, but he got the worst of it. Dwight found a way to win without breaking his word of keeping the fight only between them.
"Let that be a lesson to you all." I noticed how after that, Dwight never really throws another snowball at Jim anymore. The parking lot was technically just all Jim.

Fun fact: it was actually 90 degrees in Los Angeles when they filmed this episode. They had to bring in several tons of chipped ice in order to build the snowmen.
@@FIFFAN18 Actually the reason why Jim pranks Dwight is because the bad way Dwight would treat people [even if it was mild] especially in the earlier seasons. Dwight took it too far with the snowballs but I think he was doing it to make a point to Jim.
@@cornfednebraskaneer I think that was the point that Dwight was trying to make, He was trying to teach Jim why it's not ok to throw snowballs in someones face and Jim wouldn't learn from it unless Dwight did it multiple times. I still think Dwight took it too far, but I think that was the point Dwight was trying to make from it since they said Dwight was acting like a girl/over reacting to being hit with a snowball. He was trying to get it through to Jim why it was dangerous and wrong.
Dwight is easily the best character in the office!!! He is the one who kept the show interesting always, even in season 8 when the show was on ventilator.

Dwight warned him when Andy tried to join in. It's a snowball FIGHT. It's not going to be fun. Jim knows how seriously Dwight takes competition. Jim thought Dwight was exaggerating. He was not. And Jim should have known this because all the clues were there. He just didn't piece them together.
Idk if anyone is going through the same thing but currently im having a huge anxiety problem where i worry myself that im going to be nauseas at night to a point that i get nauseas and cant sleep. These videos help me laugh and distract me. This anxiety thing happened last summer and is reoccurring this summer.
