that is the water orb. before there was a world 3 and can craft water orb. but they removed that world already.

Jotaro is much better, just use it , btw jotaro's ts can stun boss through boss's skill but you need to click jotaro's multiple ability before boss use skill
yes i think jotaro over heaven is possible. im not sure if there is enough cash to place goku ui or maybe you can budget for the gohan and goku.
