    I made my 1st attempt at applying on Mon & it's still going strong on Thurs. I applied base, top, cured, powder- too much of it so I got bubbles, then top coat & cured. I love it so far. I got 4 holographic & 2 metallic colors. Hoping I get better & better & continue to love it. I applied the coats too thick, so mine look wavy & it got on my skin too. It's a learning curve for sure but so far I'm loving the system. Appreciate the video.

    Thank you for the video. I have my system but am afraid to start. You made the process not so scarey. I have also been trying to give my nails a break because I had gel on and it has taken a while for them to recover.

    Thank you so much for your nail vids on Sistaco product! Like you, my nails don't hold ANY polish- so frustrating! I've purchased the Sistaco in the never-ending search for a polish that will stay. I'm on my 2nd round-1st round didn't last, started coming off the next day, per usual but like you, could've been user error. ;-). Fingers crossed the 2nd round and better attention to details & instruction & your experiences, will have better success. Thanks and hope you post more with this system!

      I have been trying out an at home dip powder system and has torn my nails up. I'm giving them a break for a while and then I'm going back to Sistaco.

      Ya, I tried the dips & gels FIRST, found they really damaged my already sad, thin nails, tried to get them healthier, now trying the Sistaco. So far, not impressed. Chipping happening the next day even with the "long wear" application. :-(@@JeanninesCraftroom

    Thanks for the video. I am enjoying the sistaco system. I am relatively new to the system so I have only used the classic method with a brush. I use an eye powder brush as I have more control. Been getting 2 weeks with my mani.

    I ordered my system several days ago. Can’t wait to receive it. Keep up with the tips and tricks. I am not good at doing nails, but I also don’t have the time to go to a nail salon so I’m hoping this is going to be awesome. I’ve always had soft, thin nails and it says it doesn’t ruin your nail. So let me know what you think about your nail health experience.

      So far I haven't noticed any lasting damage to my nails. I was giving an at home dip powder system a try and planned to do some videos with that, but it tore my nails up. So I'm letting them grow out before I start using the Sistaco system again.

    You can combine colors and create your own colors! That’s what the little mixing pots are for. There are YT videos on that.

    I tried skipping the base coat like you did...huge fail! Overnight they entire thing fell off like a fake nail. they were in the sheets the next morning, lol. I don't know why they even include that as an option in the instructions! Great video!

    Thanks for this video. I just ordered and your tutorial was helpful. I loved how you shared how it was wearing but also how easy it was to touch it up. As with any product it definitely sounds like there is a learning curve and I need to be patient with it. Have you tried the steam remover?

    Just tried mine today and I love the colour I've got on but it's a translucent base so you can see my nails underneath unfortunately they don't seem to have any basic matte colours. Does anyone know if it'll work on top of regular gel polish?

    • @JeanninesCraftroom
      @JeanninesCraftroom  Рік тому

      I haven't tried it over gel polish but I have also noticed some colors are more sheer. I'd be interested to find out how they work with a gel polish as a base coat.

      @@JeanninesCraftroomI think you really need to use the base coat, after the lamp it tends to be a bit sticky, so I heard, I’m still waiting for mine, but the powder sticks because of that undercoat . Miss a spot and the power won’t stick, so it’s important ! have a good THIN coverage of base and top coat. Less is better with all applications. Keep your base and 😊coat thinner by placing the bottles in a bowl of warm water and it helps to thin it….it really needs to be a THIN coat. Hope this makes sense.

    So nice to hear. POSTITIVE REVIEW ….so many use the product wrong then give it a terrible review….one woman said Sistaco asked her to send a video of her doing her nails so they could see if there was something she was doing wrong…which clearly she waa but refused to send a video of her doing her nails. She gave it a bad review and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone said it was terrible along with customer service ! OMG, she refused to do what they suggested, so why whinge, it really annoyed me. They say it takes practice but she waa so quick to bash the product but not willing to help herself….her loss. Way too many POSITIVE REVIEWS for it to be as bad as she made out. Took her 2HOURS to get nails dry, clearly she wasn’t doing it correctly.
    I know that they are expensive to buy numerous colours. But you get 30 manis from one pot. That’s way cheaper than the salon. If it rubs off the tip or chips you can touch up UNLIKE normal nail polish. ❤

    Yes it didn’t last because you didn’t use the base coat….it REALLY needs it so the powder sticks. Good luck ❤!!!!
