Wow. What an amazing episode to a magical place. How great was the weather, the water colour, fishing and fish life and sunsets. Weldone. I felt like I was there Ricky and Margie. Glenn 😊
Hi Glenn! Great that you enjoyed that with us! Yes, the weather all made it happen so nicely and easily. Getting the tides right was one and the amazing weather made the water bluer than usual and fish life was awesome under water. Thank you for liking and following!

Hi Gen! Yes, we got the weather absolutely right (and the tides) 😊 it must be something about the sea that is truly invigorating…! so glad you enjoyed this, so glad we made it for you in mind too! Yay!!!! Time to watch Ep12 and enjoy my solo wild venture there and our cooking also with curry sauce! ua-cam.com/video/xjGfhn_GAbo/v-deo.htmlsi=rEn7yQkPIWceegKx
Hey Shaun! Thanks and we hope you enjoyed that as much as we did! There is real value with getting stranded deliberately at these spots, we discovered. Do subscribe and LIKE, if you haven’t yet. We’d love to share more. Perhaps you’ll enjoy a similar experience in these blue holes, let us know! ua-cam.com/video/Qmc2C2uf_H0/v-deo.htmlsi=9s5i3dMNO461-2QG
Wherever you are in that part of the world, you guys never really get stranded. Yet another enjoyable video. A couple of questions though: (1) How do you catch chicken sausages out there? and (2) Do those jellyfish try to correct you when you call them "upside-down jellyfish" and they're swimming sideways? 😜
Hahaha we did get “deliberately” stranded and I think it was so worth it, would you agree? We then didn’t have to worry about the bigger boat (it couldn’t go anywhere and we can watch it from the waterfalls 😂). It was actually a scary thing to do the first time as we had to wait and see where the deepest part of the creek was so we can anchor our boat there. The ladder that was visible at the start nearly disappeared at high tide. Thankfully at the blue hole, we also didn’t have to walk on the reef. Swimming to the boat inside the blue hole was much preferred. We felt much safer for ourselves and the boat! 😝 To answer your questions, chicken sausages are, by far, the hardest item to catch out there. They aren’t available like oysters are by the rocks at low tide, nor can you catch them with a hook, line and sinker. It takes a lot of planning to have one of those buggers on board 😂 With the upside down jellyfish, they sit at the bottom, upside down, actually making themselves look like corals!! But they only do this whilst resting or pretending not to be jellyfish, I suppose! Haha! We caught them at their most active part. They should have been named part-time upside down jellyfish instead, really 😝 thank you for watching and supporting us once again! Please remember to click on the LIKE button and do us a favour and share our link please! Much, much appreciated!!!

Hi Darren, it’s custom-made, 9.5m plate boat from Perth, we had to research all its features, watch countless hours of videos to see what everyone’s got before we settled on our final checklist and specifications. The joystick is actually invaluable, dual big screens, placement of shower/toilet and a side door (and ladder) for getting in the boat when the motors are running, plus a front ladder to avoid hitting the sand when we dropping or picking people up from the beach. We are putting together a walk-around. If you have great ideas, we’d love to know. Do share!
