12:05 for anyone wondering FH5 me ultra settings me vram issue bata deta hai and fps stays around 25-30 in a 4GB RTX3050 95W 16GB RAM(Dell g15 5515). so i think yes vram helps
with legion 5 i got around 110+ fps on high and in crowded area easy 80+ fps. not tried with ultra.

i did v ray benchmark test with my 3050ti and i got gpu cuda - 566 and gpu rtx - 724, much far better than this 6gb one but still the 4gb limitation is really annoying for me.

@user-sn3hz1eu3q i would say this is a great laptop. Did programming. Handled major tech projects using Java, Flutter, TypeScript and Python. Did some 1440p vid editing. No problems at all.

DLSS 3 is supported on all RTX Cards. Only Frame gen is supported on RTX 4000 series. DLSS 3 and Frame Gen are 2 different things. The new DLSS 3.5 is also supported on all RTX Cards (yes even the RTX 2000 series)

LOQ ka temperature issue uske performance mode se aata hai. Lenovo CPU ka TDP unlock karke deta hai. Use 90W limit karo, aaram se chalta hai.

The discounted price was 89,990.(when I brought it).
At that time on my card (Amazon ICICI) I was getting around 5k-6k (I think) instant discount for an EMI transaction, and also it was a no-cost EMI.(NO COST EMI UPTO 6 MONTHS)
As a no-cost EMI offer, Amazon deducts the interest that my bank is going to charge me, from my actual price.
(Actual price, after instant card discount- 85,990).
Then Amazon removed the interest from the actual amount i.e., 81k. And 2k was from my amazon pay balance.
So, final amount was 79k something.
Now, From my ICICI the amount got deducted was 79k.
What I did was I called my bank and cancelled my EMI and paid the full amount the next billing month. That was 79k.(no emi interest or 199 for emi charges or 3% emi foreclosure fee).
If you don’t know how this works, then let me explain.
After converting into EMI you need to wait till you see the EMI conversion and money blocked (79k for me) on your bank app or website. (That means bank has created the EMI successfully).
Then call your bank and tell them to cancel that EMI, so you only have to pay the Principle amount. (79k in my case).
NOTE:
1. Do this when your credit card bill has already generated.
2. It takes 6-7 working days to create EMI from the bank side.
3. Once you see the EMI creation, you have 15 days to call the bank and cancel it, or else it will be added into your next billing cycle and after that if you try to cancel it then you have to pay 3% foreclosure charges. (This info is for ICICI credit card holders).
4. Remember if you cancel the EMI you have to pay through full amount the next billing cycle.
5. Benefit of this process was:
(i)you get an additional discount as a no cost EMI offer from Amazon.
(ii) you don’t have to 199 + 18% gst for EMI conversion.
(iii) you don’t have to pay the interest amount.
6. For every bank EMI foreclosures works differently and they all have different rules. So, do check with your bank before proceeding with this method.

The RTX 3050 6GB refresh performs good. But they reduced the bus width to 92 bit. They should have kept it same as in the previous 4GB variant with 128 bit.

And HP litreally fixed out the Hinge issue and have improved the over all build Quality also.. Cinebench r23 score is 16469 Multicore and 1624 Single Core. Geekbench 6: 2443 Single 11854 Multicore.
You will experience display lines while on 60 hz and playing a yt video or playing a game which contains lot of motions

Honestly, the Acer Predator is currently putting up a strong fight against every other laptop in its price range. But here's the catch: every time I visit a physical laptop store and ask about Acer, they seem to praise every other brand except Acer. This could be due to concerns about its early product quality, after-sales service, or perhaps its failure rate. Surprisingly, there isn't even a single exclusive Acer store in my city anymore, even though there used to be one or two in the past.
Edit- I've read some reviews where people got laptops with screen bleeding problems and overheating issues, even though I prefer the way the Acer laptop looks more than the Lenovo Legion. But I think I'll go with Lenovo because I'm worried about Acer's reliability, and people in my area suggest that Lenovo is more trustworthy than Acer. I'm torn between wanting Acer in my heart but thinking Lenovo with my head, even though Acer has more features. I just don't want any post-purchase problems.
