Why these kind of difference to colleges?
High reputed colleges always having high freedom, but medium, and low level colleges like backward students studing institutions are having rigid rules.
What is this means?
Very low level hostel facilities, food facilities, space facilities, freedom restrictions.
What is it represents?
Low people - low facilities
High class people - high quality facilities
