Hanauma bay snorkeling in kahala area, or KoOlina westside great places to swim. The softest sands are Lanikai beach in Kailua 🏝

I think they all dress well, according to the settings and places they go. It's a vacation and at a place known for the beaches and warm weather. I would wear like that to if I was in Hawaii.
