the “glitch” that the kid was doing was basically just changing the game files of the game by using a script and using HxD and going through a nitro ring, it’s not patched due to only a handful of people knowing the glitch and nobody making a vid on it
for people wondering, how the method works is that he edits the hex code of one of the paks in the fortnite so that when he dashes, it goes a further distance then what its meant to do. its the same method as the inf dash and glove method

im pretty sure its a program that edits the games code to mess w the distance that certain items/movements takes you, because that stuff is stored client side theres a way to edit it. thats why nitro fists got banned from tourneys, someone edited the movement distance of them in performance eval cup and jus infinitely healed off, not really a cheat since it's just messing with game code but still ruins games
