The hospital I used during my child bearing enforced it.
Another importance of breastfeeding is helps mothers for child spacing if practiced very well.

The mother should allow the baby to continue sulkling as this will increase the milk production.
Another important benefit of exclusive breastfeeding for six months followed by appropriate completely food together with breastfeeding for atleast 2yrs is that the child reary fall sick.

They should also have midwives as part of healthcare to assist new mothers with latching on because, without the right support or encouragement, the mothers' breasts can get bruised and be discouraged . I know I went through it in the '90s, but because the British government had a campaign to exclusively breastfeed for the first 6 months. The midwives assisted me with Latching on, and I breastfed for 5.50 months. My child would not take the bottle; I found that challenging.
