Thanks very much, I happen to just been working on ON THE STREET WHERE YOU LIVE using Mantooth's book. I also like and have a copy the original sheet music from the musical - piano reduction - and try to find a way between original and jazz version. I appreciate your videos very much, they correspond to my taste or preferred styles and are really helpful. Do you have one on IN A SENTIMENTAL MOOD...also regarding improvisation?
Appreciate your work..im learning harmonic applications so much even though im a guitarist.. Also i enjoyed your vocal performance on the end there..i had no idea you also sang so well .keep up the great work Mr. Winston
Thank you, Tony. I always come away from your videos with something new to improve my playing. I also really enjoy hearing you sing. It's like getting a concert along with the lesson. Thanks again.
You are playing the types of chord substitutions I am looking for. Where can I get music that shows the types of chords that you are using here? As you know, “fake book” type sheets show bland chords. Thank you!

The Last Time I Saw Paris
Have a go ;)
Thank so much for these videos !!!
Agree with Tony. On some recordings, I have waited the song to start and it never does. It's so "re harmonized" , the song is lost.
Reverb is great!
Contrapuntal elaboration, or I've heard it called a "Line Cliche". I call it James Bondizing.
Do you have any videos on interesting intros or outros?
No, that's a good idea.
i'm interested as well, same for introductions

would you play and harmonize more song from this book?
These examples are great. On the 2nd song, what are the last 3 chords where Tony sings the last word 'live'. Like a cadence. Thank you.
