He also sells redstone and lapiz, not a big deal given you got Fortune III, but still, renewable lapiz in a single chunk game isn't bad at all.

Hint: you can make a stalactite (or whatever it's called there), over that block where the stalactite is suspended you can put a lava source, then under the stalactite you can put a cauldron, and you can collect slowly but solidly infinite lava near the furnaces to have the best fuel nearby.

Tip 1: You can trap zombie villagers in boats and so they won't despawn.
Tip 2: When you are trading a villager, you can hold shift to get all the emeralds you want from a trade, BUT, you can also spam space, which will automatically put in the item needed to trade for the item you want.
He's spamming the spacebar, but not Shifting.

Having not touched Minecraft in like 10 years, it’s interesting seeing challenges like these as well as the changes from the updates I missed. (I had no idea you could smelt iron items into nuggets for example). I’ve been struggling with my own challenge as I did not bother to read updates (so when I went in the nether and saw giant pigs I freaked out!) Great vid, thanks for reaching me stuff. I definitely want to try something like this with my own spin.

You're legitimately one of my favorite channels on UA-cam, I love the content so much! This is one of my favorite videos, I just love the simple concept lol. A part 2 would be great but keep up the great content!
Tip: When your about to smelt something with coal, remember that 1 coal smelts 8 items. So if your just going to smelt one item, you should take something cheaper that will smelt fewer items.
AND a blast furnace just smelts things faster, and it requires the same amount of fuel as a normal furnace. It makes smelting faster, but not cheaper.

You can get Wool from Sheep or String, then turn it into Carpet.
You can also use wooden tools to smelt items
8:24 it’s more efficient to strip mine with a 2 block gap between each tunnel, so that each one has its own set of 2 walls instead of just 1 new wall

I think he kinda just did it this way as he wanted to remove the whole layers eventually anyway. This way of leaving a two block gap is the normal way tho

Tip: you can force large oak trees by "restricting" the growth of small trees
Find the lowest possible height of the tree (in my knowledge, it's 4 logs), go one block lower, and build a ring around that log
It will force the tree to grow into a large one

23:00 You can see the eyes of an invisible spider as it dies. Good thing he made that blockage thingy so it couldn't get through to him, it might have killed him! And yes, spiders have a small chance of spawning with a status effect, so naturally spawning invisible spiders exist but are very very rare. Also, fun fact: I had a hardcore world where I died to an invisible spider and that's how I learned about them.
They spawn when the Moon is full, and Skeletons and Zombies also get thusly affected.
I just encountered an invisible spider! Luckily I shot it before it could kill me! (I play with MrCrayFishs Gun Mod)

This was awesome, I think you should do the same but with some extra chunks. maybe an ice spikes chunk, a snowy tundra chunk, a forest chunk, a desert chunk, maybe a village chunk with 1-2 houses! of course, if there are going to be other chunks, you will have permission to build outside the starting chunk. I think you should make this idea into a video, and yes you don't upload the most, but when you do it's ought to be a banger.

Also bro. You have the possibility for infinite iron golem spawning, and your method of getting iron is to buy individual pieces of armor, smelt those pieces of armor into a tiny little chunk of iron, then combine those chunks to get an ingot...
Or you can just make an area where iron golems can actually spawn and have infinite iron

Contrary to popular belief, breaking leaves by hand does not decrease the drop rate of saplings, sticks, and apples. Only fortune affects that so you don't have to wait for the leaves to disappear on their own.

tip: dig out a chunk layer and make it into a classic ol mob grinder, another tip: the witch can throw weakness potions, which when they hit a zombie vilager do the same thing as throwing a potion at it yourself, making you not need to waste 20 days getting the potion.
A witch doesent always throw weakness potions.

When you trade with villagers instead of clicking the same trade with the mouse you can just spam space, it puts the last trade you did. It's way easier and faster to trade sticks like that. And also if you combine sth in the anvil and it's like 12 levels just swap it's places and it's different cost.

You could put signs where the water overflows so it can’t overflow, the mobs will go through just fine. Also put it on the 2x2 space where they fall so the water reaches the edge.
Edit: and you can smelt chain armor into iron nugget. Infinite iron that way. Also works with normal iron armor.
