no, they’re called knipex cobras they’re adjustable slip-joint pliers / water-pump pliers but they can function as screw/bolt extraction pliers too - way more versatile than channellocks.

For some viewers - learn to use pliers/channel locks without using your pinkie. This will prevent getting your pinkie pinched if it slips off whatever you are using the tool on (specifically channel locks).

The pink-handled wrench's called a crescent wrench. The adjustable pliers are called channel lock pliers.
