38:03 The question was "During the past five years have you ever lived in any country or territory other than your country of citizenship or your current country or territory of residence (indicated above) for more than six months?" I think since it says "other than your current country or territory of residence (indicated above)", your answer to that question should not have listed the previous visit to Canada because that falls under "current country or territory of residence" since you're applying for visa extension from Canada. Question: One of my family member visitor visa extension got denied with a reason that they submitted application after their status expiry date but in reality they submitted 1st application 2 months before their status expired, but they missed attaching a form in the 1st application, so IRCC asked them to submit new application and by the time they submitted 2nd application, their status was already expired. So they had no other option. What would be the best way to appeal this decision? Do we submit another application with an additional letter to explain our situation?

I have a question, My parents are visiting Canada under SuperVisa. At the port of entry immigration officer allowed them to stay in Canada for 2 years until June 2024. However, their passport will expire in Aug 2023.
Now, while in Canada, my parents are renewing their Passport from our country's embassy here.

I see if I make two separate accounts (GC Key) for mother and father and submit their separate applications then it does not ask me for marriage certificate. Hi, you can't use 2 accounts, immigration still need marriage certificate of proof of supporting your parents marriage documents, you your birth certificate, which shows your parents name . Or any other supporting documents. But don't misrepresent immigration,
@@canadaimmigration4268 Thanks for the reply. I called IRCC regarding this and they suggested me to two ways. First to provide explanation letter why they don't have marriage certificate but they might come back for more information. Second they suggested me what I was thinking before to make separate accounts and do separate applications and they preferred to choose the second way.

Hi, both can give them , if your parents don't have , you can show all money , if you are sponsoring them . Your financial statements required , because you are taking full responsibility for your parents , when they came canada.

Hi, you can upload your grade 10th certificate or your birth certificate. Which shows your both parents name. And if your both parents in back home make notarized documents, which they can mention the date of marriage of your parents. And upload that .

Hi, you can have very good reason , you can tell them you still need help your mother fot taking care your baby. Its very difficult for me taking care my baby. Give them genuine reason. Definitely your mother get extension
