Inflatable Santa Claus repair attempt. Will Santa live ? Can I save Santa and Christmas?

In this video, watch as I disassemble my inflatable Santa Claus and attempt a repair. He was damaged by a sever wind storm we had a couple of weeks back.. I do get a surprise when I removed the motor.
Is it worse than I thought?
