Thank you so much for making this extremely comprehensive tutorial! This is the best video I have seen yet on the subject. I am still having one problem though...I must disable my Windows Firewall in order for other computers on my local network to see the FTP server. If the firewall is off things work perfectly. If I turn on the firewall no one can get in. My goal is to have any device on my local network be able to access the FTP server running on my Windows 10 pc. If you have any more advice on what I might be missing I would appreciate it so much. I followed your directions exactly so far (or at least I believe I have).
You assign the password to a all new created user accounts on the same Windows where you're running your FTP server. If that FTP server is only for you, then you use your windows account user name and password.
how can I do to bring up the ftp server automatically on my clients in network location? with the command net use and the ftp in front of it does not work on the other hand if I remove ftp it works but suddenly it is not good do you have an idea I am lost thank you

Of course you can but you have to set port forwarding on your WiFi network so it could provide access to your local IP address from outside world. otherwise it will work only in your local network (for example it's an enterprise environment and the website is on your local server ).
If you mean like from outside of you network then you need to set up port forwarding on your router which will make possible to access your FTP from any PC around the world.
NO! Port numbers 21 and 20 are used for FTP. Port 21 is used to establish the connection between the 2 computers (or hosts) and port 20 to transfer data (via the Data channel).
You assign the password to a all new created user accounts on the same Windows where you're running your FTP server. If that FTP server is only for you, then you use your windows account user name and password.
Yes, it will be active all the time until you stop it. For accessing FTPs and local network resources I use X-plore file manager. I think it's the best file manager for Android.

Did you make the video for accessing the server from the internet?
You have to open the port 21 (UDP, TCP), to get acces to the FTP File Server, because Windows is Blocking those ports.
Thanks!
