Getting Nicola over her fear of flying in our Sling TSi !

We took our friends sightseeing around some of the islands in the Whitsundays, while we were on holiday. Jenna's best friend Nicola is petrified of flying, while Jeff, retired champion jockey, is used to flying to and from races in small aircrafts, in his early career.

Beautiful colour scheme...can't go wrong with orange :-) I'm five hours into my RPC training out of Redcliffe. I'd love to build my own plane, and the Sling 2 has me interested. Are you based near the Sling distributor near Jacob's Well? Would love to hear about your build process. Loved watching your videos so far!

Curious how you got 4 people in there without the CG going out the back ??

Great question. On this flight we were comfortably within the W&B envelope. We only had a life jackets in the luggage compartment behind the rear seats. However, I do find my CG quite far aft when I fly with my wife and both kids on the back seats (67kg & 45kg) and around 18kg luggage in the rear. I need to fill the fuel tanks to balance the aircraft.
