    Am I allowed to eat simple carbs such as haagen daaz and cookies if I save most of my calories post-workout which is dinner time? I measure my food and count my calories so i am sure its fine right?

    Andro, when it comes to the hanging part would you say that it's best to do it 10-15 mins a day or shorter?

      Wolf Look at my Goku sit ups video, it's done without the boots, but it really hurts behind your knees and your feet and it's not comfortable at all. The boots are more effective because you hit failure on your abs instead of just stopping because your feet hurt.

    Only one gravity boot exercise, just plain sit-ups? What a disappointment.
