Growing up doing farm work for ourselves and doing custom work, we lived by a quote that I never heard or saw in print until many years later. It says, use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without. That's the farmers way of life.
I really like that
When I was a kid in the 1970s, my dad started out with a couple IH Ms, a MM Z and a Ford 8N. He upgraded to a Case 830, then added a MF 265 (our loader & main do everything tractor like planting, seeding, cutting hay, raking hay, on the silo blower, picking corn). He added a MF 1135 which was our "big" tractor for major tillage, chopping crops and the grinder/blower for earlage (only tractor w/ 1000pto)
Just found your channel, I have to say, you put out awesome content with no just talking to the camera......"OH, I've gotta go do this or I've gotta take this there and do that BS". You cover actual real time getting things done. Big thumbs up 👍👍.

Great video! The amish story is so funny and reminds me of one year going to Chipotle dressed up as amish for Halloween to get a bowl discounted but I was the only one dressed up so they legit thought that I was amish LOL.
