We know that Southern Hemisphere Rugby is very high- level and , in my view, SA franchises in Europe play easy, because European physical strenght is a bit esser than their. It is not a coincidence that only French teams, with their Fijan or Pacific Islands "big black lads" compete with them. France has got many black super strong players, where Ireland Has none, and Irish franchises cannot win. I think that in Rugby a "mixed" - Black and White- team is stronger than a "white only" or a "Black only"

Well done Sharks, Munster is no joke. As a life time sharks fan, Would be good if you could turn up every week, get a bit more consistant please and thank you.
They a weird beast. If I ever go to the game it's either a demolition I think 2008 currie cup or alot of super rugby against nz.. Then absolute shockers often against Aussie sides (meant to be less powerful than dominating NZ sides) by an awful margin. You usually know by half time which sharks turned up like if they 14 ahead it's usually game and 2 more tries but weirdly we can be behind too and stage a comeback so really who knows. One thing Sharks are terrible at is as favourites.
There was 85 points with 12 trys scored in this match.... Munster would have won most matches with 35 points & 5 trys & Munster is 5th in the URC table, shows how well Sharks played in this game. Sharks problem is that they are based in Durban on the other end of the world from most of the other teams they play in the URC. This is a problem for all the South African teams and even the Stormers, which is 2nd in the table, the top 8 teams in the URC are either Irish or South African with Glasgow Warriors from Scotland at 4th.
Haven't seen munster physically dominated like that in a while. Sharks could be so good if they found consistency

No lover of Munster, but its hard not to feel for a side who scores 5 tries away from home and still get dumped out. Their defence appeared to be nonexistent.

I think with the score at 50-21, The Sharks kind of lost the tension and didn't need to be as focused, letting in a couple late ones.

It’s always a tough assignment to come to Durban and try to take on the Sharks at Kings Park. Turnovers and missed tackles really proved Munster’s downfall and the Sharks were ruthless in transition from defence to attack. Fair play though, but it looks like the URC from here onwards for Munster now their European Dream is over in the Second Round and a Quarter-final awaits for the Sharks in the Champions Cup
Boks regulars are perfoming very well prior the World Cup. I have watched Pollard, Mapimpi, Bongi, Cheslin, Malcom etc. Talking about picking up form at the ryt time

With this new SA team in the Champions Cup, it's all about if you have to travel or if you play in your stadium. I'm pretty sure that Sharks will struggle against Toulouse this weekend as Munster did against them

Very entertaining however some of the defence especially defending the rolling maul was very poor from both sides, lot of talent in the Sharks team though.
Mapimpi work rate improved alot. All over the field. Looking for work.

Attendance was 30 000 people, stadium capacity is 50 000. That's probably why it looks empty.

Kolisi was outclassed by basically all of the other forwards on the pitch....Is he even fit enough to play at this level?
Counter rucked people off the ball, protected our ball very well, his rush up defense afforded Mapimpi that try at the end, was colossal in the rolling maul which resulted in to tries. Also played the full 80 in that humid weather. I say he did pretty well.

The amount of respect I have for Sky NZ names and the effort and lengths they go to to pronounce extremely difficult Ma'ori names and other Polynesian names , theyve made it cultural to ensure that the commentators say it properly.
