Ok, you made a few mistakes with the muslim countries Turkey never had central Asia, the gokturk khanate were turks, but they were never occupied by modern geopolitical Turkiye - which is literally derived from the ottoman empire. Iraq - IRAQ HAS THE SAME CAPITAL AS THE ABBASID DYNASTY DID, 3RD IN THE TOP 3 MOST POWERFUL MUSLIM COUNTRIES OF ALL TIME (#1 being the Rashidun caliphate and #2 being the ottoman empire) Oman had a gigantic empire, the entire persian gulf and coast, and almost all of east African coastline. The attention to details is preety insane. Those strange Russian borders in Afghanistan are territories controled by Soviet Army during its intervention in the country (1979-1989).Russians didn't go deeper into Afghanistan because the interior lands were controled by Mujahedeens and made an excelent ground for guerilla warfare so Russians simply stopped on controlling the highways surrounding the country.

Turks (ancestors of Anatolian Turks and European huns) owned pretty much whole ukraine. Ghazanids owned pakistan and gujarat. Gokturks owned manchuria korea and northern china. Asian huns (xiongnu) owned northern china and upper parts of Buryata. ottomans had a vassal in malacca. thats all for the asian map.
you mean Turkic, Turks are descendant of them
@@johnnyboy3410 in our languages we call ourselves turks for generally. in english turkish means people from Turkiye. Kazakh Ozbek and others are like their nickname for united tribes.
Turkic* Let’s not conflate the Turkish nationality with that of other Turkic peoples.
If we include Oghuz tribes because they're our real ancestors, we should also have more lands in the video. Because The Timurids, The Mughals and The Great Horde also had a Oghuz origin. But the video maker didn't include that. Also very little time, Ottomans had a Uyghur lands. And very long time that almost 300 years, Ottomans has Banda Aceh lands in Endonesia.

I know u combined Azerbaijan with Akkoyunlus but Safavids and Afsharids also were turkic so yhey are considered Azerbaijani empires. Azerbaijanis also ruled Daghestan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan also conquered Dehli under Nadir Shah I under Afsharids
Turkey and Turkmenistan also wrong, Gokturks is the history of all Turkic countries. So it cant be added as a history of Anatolian Turks. Also Seljuk Empire was established in Modern Turkmenistan, ruled by oghuz tribe. Yeah it considered both Turkey's, Azerbaijan's, and Turkmenistan's history but still it was established in Turkmenistan, Rulers of Seljuks were from modern Turkmenistan

your map is wrong for :
- Bhutan (it had tibetan enclaves)
- East Timor, you forgot their exclave in today and old maps
- If it count, Iraq had an union with Jordan wich is bigger than them invading Kuwait
- Omand had more areas of control in Asia, like Hormuz Gwadar etc (there a nice map on reddit made 2-3 months ago)
Here are the mistakes that i found
During the union they weren’t officially united as one country and timors exclave is too small to be shown

Ok, you made a few mistakes with the muslim countries
Turkey never had central Asia, the gokturk khanate were turks, but they were never occupied by modern geopolitical Turkiye - which is literally derived from the ottoman empire.
Iraq - IRAQ HAS THE SAME CAPITAL AS THE ABBASID DYNASTY DID, 3RD IN THE TOP 3 MOST POWERFUL MUSLIM COUNTRIES OF ALL TIME (#1 being the Rashidun caliphate and #2 being the ottoman empire)
Oman had a gigantic empire, the entire persian gulf and coast, and almost all of east African coastline.
Pakistan was the region that the mughal empire government was centered, its also their heartland, I can say that, because I am Pakistani, and I am a decendent of the mughals.
Gokturks and huns was same turks which live in turkiye
@@zplenox yea, they same turks that live in turkiye, migrated to Anatolia some 500 + years after the gokturk khanate ended As the seljuke empire. Which would then form the ottoman empire in 1299, which would be what created modern day turkiye.

I get that you're applying at least four conventions here that I generally sympathize with:
1. Past states with the same name and dominant ethnic or cultural group;
2. Dynastic unions;
3. Territories held by the dominant ethnic group even if not under the current state;
4. Asynchrony.
It's all good. But selectivity in applying it can throw one off.
It's not that deep bro
