For whole engine the scrap value is 2k , where as to remove that engine the mechanic asks 1.5 k labor ...
If they do it for bikes as well , many people will come n take the plunge...
Old vehicles will be rejuvenated n lots of resources will be saved...
This govt will never allow it...because it wants to scrap old vehicles n collect 50 k tax per scooter as tax , regn n insurance etc...govt will not support it , they'll discourage these people..

How many km a BAttery lasts in its life time...
I mean one charge gives 70 km , how many times can we charge the battery , n just like mobile initially battery will run 70km on full charge , as it ages it'll go down to 50 km , so charging cycle gets reduced ..
He said battery lasts for 3 yrs ,. ..
Does it lasts 3 years , if we charge it daily , n our running is 70-80 km per day...???
You can't compare a vehicles battery to a EVs battery, but usually all vehicle battery lasts for 3 years and in some cases 4

Better to buy New Bounce infinity without battery for 45-56k or for 69k with battery(Recommend), Government gives subsidy for battery and you have to pay only 13k extra and charge at home and run vehicel with much less running cost. We can make atleast 20k from our old scooter, If we sell it and Get felling of Owning new Scooter.
I appreciate their innovation,But it would be helpful if they can get Subsidies from government for battery and sell it to customers for less price, Subscription model seems tricky(Pay per km and charge by ourselves).
A Ground up built Electric Scooter is always better to own then conversion vehicle is what I feel.
Questions to Ask them.
1. Service cost, who will bear and where to get it?
2 . What will rto register Scooter As?
3. Who will provide me insurance for this converted bike?
4. Guarantee of motor and Amount of localization?
5. R&D and their Future plans?

@Starya Mobility Private Limited, I would appreciate if you can have at least one fully finished scooter for a demo so that customers will have idea how their scooter would look like after retrofit. Now we get see only unfinished scooters for Test ride and you guys kept saying boot space is yet to be finished and once finished it would look different. Customers would like to Test and feel finished products in a single go, not the prototypes as they don't have time to come back to see finished one some time later. Once we are done with test ride, we should not have any more doubts.
