How to correct a foot arch...
Is it possible that some people lack sacral nutation because of tight pelvic floor muscles? How can we improve that?
Is your compression technique similar to banded mobilisation allowing for that backwards movement of the femur?
@conor harris at 6:30 you mention bone changing, could you elaborate on that? Are you saying the connective tissue around the process is shifting or does this excercise change the actual shape of the femur itself?
Thanks this is a great tutorial
Is this going to work for someone who has FAI, where it appears mechanical limitation exists?
*W sits on the floor* well internal rotation is easy, but sure wish i could pull a sumo deadlift.
If i stand in a half-splits position and shift my weight onto the left hip i can feel my right adductor get very flexed and stretched, however if i shift my weight onto the right hip i dont feel my left adductor at all and i can feel everything in my slightly painful left hip, does anyone know what's going on with that?
Hello, my left rib is a little lower than the other and there is a difference and this also affects my chest muscles. My left breast is behind the right breast. I am from Azerbaijan and there is no expert on this subject here. I am an athlete and this situation affects my psychology badly. please help me🙏. By the way, I make my sentences with "translation", I hope it is not translated wrong, I love you♥️
Wil it improve internal rotation for person with FAI or just for somebody who doesn’t have that issue but just not enough Internal rotation?
i havent zero internal rotation anymore how can i improve this?
What if I feel a pinch when I try to do this
Any good mobility for disc degeneration. I’m getting very flexible but I’ve noticed some stretches will leave me flared up the next day.
The deep relaxation of yoga nidra may allow your body to shift into a better position, it would also remove any inflammation.
@@shamaniccolonic777 thank you. Will take a look. Sitting Indian style with forehead to ground hold for 2 minutes for 3-4 sets has helped drastically!!
@@mikebrown4433 You basically just lie on your back and still all of your movement while imagining trying to fall through the floor. Combine this stillness with slow deep breathing, extended conscious exhales and you will find yourself falling into a state beyond relaxation where your whole body tingles. Benefits every area of your life and then some 🙏
Posterior pelvic tilt, Connor. WHEN? Not everyone has a fricking anterior tilt damn it
He doesn't talk much about people who can internally rotate but have difficulty with external rotation either.
I thought I had ppt but I had swayback with lumbar flexion and secrum counter nutation. Which is fucked. It's like pelvis forward and c spine, you can check it by standing and if you feel a like your weight is on front of the foot then congrats you have swayback+++.
NOTE : YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH PPT, IF YOU THINK U HAVE PPT THEN YOU MAY HAVE ONE OR COMBINATION OF MULTIPLE COMPENSATION 😊
Trevor needs to work on his forward head a bit. He pushed his ribs back so much his head came a bit too forward.
You are the best, Connor
