first off, happy new year! but also, the reason the megalania bags were off to the side of the grinder is because there's a bag dropper that is part of the grinder for tames with inventories so that you don't lose any of your items that may have been in the tames as they were grinded. Another thing, if you plan to do this more in the future with bigger batches you can use the pull it mod to pull all the megalania toxins from the dropped bags into your inventory

Dino Depot's terminal should collect held items during newborn auto capture, I actually added it as a feature specifically for Megalania toxin :)

You could also let the megalanias grow up and then grind them to get the highest tier of kibble

I have a tip Syntac. If you give your armodoggo a rucksack, you can store dinos in it and so long as your armodoggo is in companion mode, you can have any dino you need in the inventory of your armodoggo. I use dino depot and do the same. One time my armodoggo dissapeared with some tames, but i used the admin recall in dino depot to get my armodoggo and my tames back.
That just sounds like such a bad idea though.
@@JS-mh9uu How? If one of those things disappear then you can use the admin recall. Ive had a glitch where my armodoggo disappears, and i just reclaim all my tames. In my book, if you lose something to a glitch its fair to reclaim it like that, with how many glitches ASA has,

1:12 100% killed alpha raptor on this map without any Dino mods. So they do spawn normal alphas.
You can put those crates on the tower and put a trophy on the crate, if you select the smallest size the trophy will look tiny so best to use the biggest size.
Syntac alpha raptors and I think alpha carnos do still spawn on extinction. Raptors just only spawn in the city

Be careful in the sulfur/hot springs area. I was riding around on my enforcer and using the teleports and ended up falling through the mesh. I had to use admin commands to get out

the grinder has a bag on the back of it that collects carried items for you it would be the left of the door you enter to collect your kibble and meat.
There is a tray on the grinder for your pets saddle and inventory, that is where the toxin goes. Good to know i can grab a couple of those and stop burning my other drops.

T rex Arms are easiest to get because they are everywhere and they count as high power. If you have the Halloween mod installed there are skeletal mobs and Alpha Raptors are on the map. You REALLY need to get a couple Gachas the loot alone will keep you in resources if you run the grinder. I made a greenhouse with 8 triple stacks of plant species Y for the traps. Being in the wasteland increases your hunger etc. Your lag issue might be your Armor Cosmetic try taking it off. You NEED to tame a Deinosuchus. Keep your eyes open for good high level Tek Stegos so you can breed a tank for the gigas which you will need eventually. Umm BEES they can be found wandering in the city on this map but they are usually hidden inside buildings, you can also find them in the sunken forest, go camp the woods for a few days get gachas and bees and a couple Pegos.
I think he forgets that most of us play on official servers so doing what he does isn’t really possible lol. Love his videos anyway. 😂😂 😊😊

If you have your doggo in companion mode, you can tell it to sit, I do this often in base, and as long as you don't go too far, it will sit where you leave it until you tell it to stop or go fsr enough away that it will auto go to you.

27:59 there is a setting to allow pickup of bags from wilds even, i forget the name of the setting, but it should be in the in-game UI when you go into admin mode
Also my suspicion is that the other video, the owl corpse was counting as collision so the unclaimed technically weren't on top of the grinder even though visually it looked like they were.

Where you picked up all that toxin when you picked up the grinder is where the saddles would go if you ground up one of your saddled tames. You're gonna want to put a door there.

The wind turbine and windmill both increase the length of time the trophies last. Also, there are alpha spawns. Ive had an alpha raptor in my single player save. No mods that would alter spawns and i haven't adjusted the ini

The grinder dispenses the toxin on a table right were you found them so if you put a window there you can just pick them up

When you have the grinder down on the back their a table where saddles or anything goes in a bag so you dont lose items if you put items or saddles
I’m glad I’m not the only one who has lag issue, I was getting worried it might be because my PC can’t handle the game anymore.
If you didn't know you can use the pull it mod to pull from item caches which would make it a lot easier to pick up all the toxin.
uhhhh maybe not, not sure if those caches count as yours because the babies are untamed, i will have to test that. I know you can't pull from bags on the ground that wild mobs drop.

FYI the element boost doesn't start increasing until after the 30 day mark, then it takes another 30 days to increase to max so in total 60 days of having the tower up.

for the tribe tower, you gain 1% xp and tame speed per real life day up to 20 days, after that you start gaining element percentage, just dont know how much, guessing 3% per day up to the 30 day cap
26:34 if your dino terminal picks up the baby, it also picks up the toxins unless I have a setting that does it or something but don't think I altered the terminal setting

I’ve been playing extinction every day since it came out and haven’t had the king titan spawn once.
Not sure, but the other day I think part of the problem with the snow owls not falling was some starved and the corpses were blocking the live ones from falling.
No it was his ceiling gate thing, whenever there’s Dino’s on it and then you open it they don’t fall they just fall a few meters then float

Ive had some huge performance drops in the new update gone from high/epic settings to low as possible and still getting weird pixelation of walls and floors its nasty looking.
And before the meeting gets added they should add poison to it as well platypus are highly toxic and I think it would be cool if wild card added that as a de buff

I suggest to get a giga just for drops. I know you don't want to do the game too fast. It makes life so much easier for those things. Also custom food and drinks are needed for this map too.

Hey syn do you have any intentions on doing another heavily modded series like DOX or primal fear? I love those heavy modded series but I can't watch anyone's but your ones I've rewatched both probably over 10 times each. Honestly other creators modded playthroughs just don't entertain me like yours in my opinion your the best ark creator by FAR great work man .
I mean he has done the Medival Series which was a pretty big overhaul mod.
The bigger issue is that most total overhaul mods aren't developed enough to be enjoyable yet.
Syn did post that the medival series ended because a bug occured and I think every progress got lost.
@Nigolasy ahh I see totally understandable other than crowmedia I watch 0 modded stuff love crow but I'm just tired of the 100 days type vids. I also really miss the long cluster series I rewatch it sometimes I hope we may get something like that again someday however unlikely.

there are in fact alpha raptors on ext they spawn near green ob.
The SCS (Super Cryo Storage) cryo mod will pick up bags. Between SCS and Dino Depot I prefer SCS for the terminal options, admin options, and compatibility with Cybers Structures' (The new S+) propagator.

Our official server had a few hours of laggyness last night. I wonder if it was a nitrado thing.
Love the tribe tower, sadly though Wildcard did not think about players such as myself who play singleplayer, because there it's just like the tek sleeping pod an almost useless item. Why? Because you actually have to stay 30 days (real 24 hour days) ingame for the tower to give the full boost. Always sad to see the devs not caring about problems such as the tribe tower or sleeping pod, the horrendous dino and cave drop spawns and much more. Would really hope for them to fix this but just like so many more comments the devs will likely never see this
Syntac, theres alpha raptors on this map now! i killed a lvl 100, it was on the border of green zone and wasteland, havent seen another one tho,, so seems very rare lol
there is a setting in tribe tower that sets flames on the side of the tower going up to the top flame...
