I made these recently. The filling was wonderful! But I really messed up the dough somehow. I followed the recipe and the video, but I must have had the wrong ratio of flour to water, because my dough was very hard. I let it rest 30 minutes and then kneaded it again for an additional 5 minutes, but it was very tough to roll it out. I ended up making only 9 samosas with it. I had a lot of filling left over, so I tried your trick of using white bread as the samosa wrapper. That worked pretty well, thank you! Everyone loved both types of the samosas and I was the only one disappointed in how thick my dough was. I’ll definitely try again, but this time I’ll be more careful with the flour and water.
