The lighting really brings out the individual colors of the sparkle flecks that is so important with holochromes especially.
Swatching over a dark base is SO fascinating to see! I purchased this palette and find it inspiring to see the transformations and imagine all the combinations.

I've bought like 4 new BBB palettes within a few weeks. My wallet is telling me to chill haha.
That pink shimmer is the whole reason I want that palette. I’ve been wanting a pink shade like that for awhile that actually looks pink and shifty. Usually those pink shades end up looking like whatever shift they shift once it’s on the eye.
It is a beautiful pink shimmer💖 you will love it!

i’m gonna try my best to keep shopping my stash until more work comes in but your swatches were super helpful. i’d even love to see the shimmers over each matte if you have space on your palm 🤪
i always LOVE seeing the looks you create so it’s tough choosing btw that and swatches but seeing how the shimmers layer over mattes is really helpful.

I always prefer more looks. For me, that’s just how we see your creativity and get some inspo. Swatches are fine but they don’t tend to tell me much especially when the brand does real swatches, rather than photoshopped swatches on multiple skin tones

I’m late to this video but I want to add that these swatches were incredibly well done. Seeing the combination of normal lighting, low lighting, eye swatches including with the mirror and then over a dark base showcased the shifts and what we can expect. Brands IG posts can sometimes be a little hard to visualise what it would truly look like but your review has it well covered & is the best I’ve seen in the Indi community. I hope BBB brings basic witch back soon! Edit: and the eye swatches for just the shimmers was perfect - I’m pretty certain my brother has just been diagnosed with the same eye condition where it feels like the cornea is tearing & he has dry eyes. He is struggling with it as he paints creatively and keeps getting blurred vision. All this to say make sure you take care of yourself with the swatching!

I'm sorry your brother has RCE. I find that *gel* drops are the only pain relief that helps. Normal eye drops don't help.

You are making me more excited for mine to come. 😍💗💗Incantation and Cauldron ! 😩 Girl your look is so sooo pretty. I did noticed after seeing your eye swatches how most of the shades are smooth satin but shifty. I’ll say go based on how you are feeling. I honestly think eye swatches are tough but if it’s for a special palette then I think it’s a whole lotta fun. 🤗✨✨

I love the eye look! I’m definitely more interested in eye look over eye swatches. Um, I skipped to eye look and recreated it. I love it. Then, I went back and watched your eye swatches and loved it. I hope you make more looks with this palette!!!

Thank you so much! I just purchased this palette and it was good to follow along with your look. Love it! I love the swatches but really appreciate a few looks, too. Maybe separate videos? Thanks again. Oh- an idea for a video- eye makeup tips and tricks, helpful tools, etc. For example, how to remove fallout- I can never get it fully off. How to approach a colorful palette if you feel intimidated or if you have to tone it down. Ways to use your palette’s more colorful shades when they scare you😅, choosing shade depths to go in which areas of the lid, different brushes and their uses (silicone, synthetic, natural, etc). Thank you again for all your work Brittany! I love your videos, you’re always so classy and have a beautiful voice.

I’m so jealous you already got yours. Mine comes Monday😭 it immediately reminded me of strange & unusual but with more mattes and I love the vibe of it with the addition of the pinks even tho I’m not a pink person. last question i promise lol: are the unearthly satin lip formulas a little thick/sticky to you? i adore how they can be mixed together but mine feel a little thicker/stickier than other lip formulas. maybe i should try adding a hydrating balm or gloss beforehand. the lip combo color you made looks bomb!!
Mine aren't sticky at all. They are more whipped and creamy compared to others in my collection.
