ABC-KTNV Las Vegas: Client, The Sanctuary, Hosts "Roll It Up" Blood Drive

Popular local cannabis dispensary, The Sanctuary, set out to spread the word that cannabis users are not disqualified from donating blood, amidst a nationwide critical supply shortage, by hosting the "Roll It Up" blood drive at their North Las Vegas location (2113 Las Vegas Blvd N.) on Friday, Aug. 19.
The successful blood drive garnered 20 donors, who each donated a pint of blood, which will save the lives of 30 locals in need.
Shoppers were excited to learn that as long as they met the other qualifications in place and had not consumed cannabis within two hours, they would be able to donate. The Sanctuary's co-owner, Dr. Pejman Bady DO, was on site spreading the word, and was one of the first in line to donate.
All donors received complimentary concert tickets, a 20% off store gift certificate, a complimentary taco plate and a special gift for just a penny.
