I’m on week 4 now hunting for shiny Eevee on my Fire Red Shiny only play through on full odds. I get anywhere between 300-500 SR’s per day as I have work and a child to look after so when I do play I’m hoping to get it but it’s still not showing😢 love your vids though man good to calm me down whilst I’m hunting myself haha. Your lucks crazy though GG’s 😅
Swablu is the only gen 3 shiny I have ever really had. I found a Diglett as a kid in my LeafGreen, but killed it because I thought it was a glitch. Let a friend of mine in highschool borrow my Sapphire and when he returned it to me there was just a shiny Swablu sitting in his PC box lol.
I got a Shiny Swablu today so hard while i using an Acro Bike with Jumps into a single grass after leveling up for all Pokemon against Lombre (300+) & Seviper (350+/400) are the higher EXP

I have a copy of sapphire with a dead battery. It gives me the message every time I load it up. However when I load it up on my retronN SQ I don’t get the message. I can’t find anything about the retron that would suggest it fixes time events for gba games. So I’m confused if I should be hunting as if I have a fixed seed or if I can do regular SR. If you or anybody has the answer please let me know! Thanks in advance :)
Dead battery=No soft reset hunts but you can random encounter to your hearts delight! It’s really hard to hit the same seed when random encountering As far as the retron, I’m pretty sure it uses software emulation correct? Like it rips the rom/SAV file from the cart? I’m 99% sure you can soft reset in that instant but just to be sure, make sure the in game clock is moving. If it is, you’re good! Happy hunting :)

Seeing these sprites so close up gives you a different perspective. For example, shiny Lotad looks SUPER baked.

First shiny I found way back when looking for some sevipers in my original sapphire save. Awesome!
Shiny Swablu is one of my fav shinies. I hope one day I can find a shiny in Gen 3, played since childhood and never found one. :P
