Excellent question - i'll have to make a video on that topic. Yes, davidbuaron, ListIndex is an index number between 0 and however many items (rows) there are in the list. List count shows the count of how many items (rows) there are. More on this later i gotta make a bottle for the baby. Thanks Dan

i am making my Monthly Income and Expences database but i can't do it as monthly i am using separate sheets for every month but i want them all in one sheet and just to change it through the spin button, when i choos the moth it has to show me the particular moths Data. i will be glad if you make a video for such issue.
