Its so sad that Mr. Kamya had to go through this, he was doing so well in UK but decided to come home and serve his country but that's the way hes been paid back. So sad, may the Lord guide you. The truth will come out.
Mr Kamya you a rich Muganda Who owns properties in prime location Trace the actual buyers of your properties You will discover that buyers are well connected from top
The deplorable state of affairs. The Government moves the heavens to appease foreigners, yet its self-made entrepreneurs with a track record of patriotism are treated like dirt!! Keep fighting and telling your story, Arch. Kamya Snr. Please if you can air the show in English to attract some foreign traction on this injustice. Thanks for the balanced interview. Keep it up. #Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere. #SupportLocalEntrepreneurship #Uganda
What a story! Though we only heard fröm one side of the story, you cannot help but feel sorry for the gentle who lost his two buildings in such unfair circumstabces. I pray he gets back his buildings.
Buh hope u v hard same cases against the same side he is a against too,Don't you see pple crying over land scandals and buildings being broken down or changed land titles.
Thxs for programs and that gentleman ugandan architecture and investor though regime doesn't want local investors but rely much on foreign investors but my point is one these properties still belongs to you and kip demanding as yours coz we hope Gov't to change and these assets can't move.

Fellow Ugandans I'm left speechless by this man's story.government were are you please help this gentleman. This time the president should interviene in this matter.
The Italian owner of the stalled Lubowa hospital was guaranteed tax free, interest free money to a tune of almost a quarter billion dollars but Museveni wouldn’t intervene to give this man a chance to sell one of his attached properties to pay $8 million even when he had a buyer. This
Thanks Dean.what hav discovered there was a wisoblower from electro commission to sudiru about the plan of buying the hotel so thats y everything was done in a harry to get that hot cake so they had to use the bank loan as a target
This video looking back has made me feel really sad about the corrupt state of this country. We deem to blame things on the government but it's basic individuals behind institutions and frontend that are heartlessly ripping the life out of honest people in this society. It's sad and really appalling, may God intervene and rebuke these demons👿....pips loans here belong to sharks. Rip Peter Kamya.
It's sad how the government can't support its own great minds, but no wonder if you check who buys their property like for the engineer. Yet they give out money to investors who come with nothing
Its a pity, the government should intervene and help a son of the soil And: You should have paid the 30% and opened the doors for further negotiation. Remember, any amount under despute, you pay some percentage as you wait,be it a tax or any other thing. You simply gave thieves and opportunity nga aleese enyumba nga nzigule seebo.Akuume
there is a related story regarding progressive secondary school bweyogerere, one of the very first privately owned schools; and Barclays bank. the case is still ongoing in court and Balon advocates at Kingdom kampala are the legal counsel. the case has been marred with quite a lot of irregularities and bad faith. Very sorry for Mr. Kamya and what befell of his buildings. it's funny how you approach a bank for help, only for them to end up stabbing you in the back. That is the Uganda we are living in today we pray for a better Uganda, where Rule of Law actually means Rule of law.
Man bro your story is quite challenging but let the lord intervene in your situation because is the lord of the orphans , widow and the less privileged
So sad for Ugandans, but it's really surprising that most Ugandans have failed to rise up together to liberate uganda and yet know it's this mafia government that is behind all these impurities.we are still living peaceful.thx TMC.
Pliz go get a program on TV where the president can see and hear ur issues coz the letters u wrote to him may not reach him and he might be innocent ab it.otherwise it's big pain
But why was this man too too ambitious, if you have 2 buildings , why get the loans ?? We complain about lack of government intervention but we should also kweberelamu as Bobi always tells us.
E'kitatta muyima, tekimumalaako nte. Ate e'la, gakulukutila gyegali gakulukutidde. He will bounce back, and soon may that happen. Meanwhile, Uganda needs a fundamental change of governance. The corruption, and thuggery is beyond a mafia infrastructure.

If you doing business of over $1M, you can never logically invest in Uganda. Unless your connected to the system. Learn from the MTNs and other big international brands, most don’t own anything in Uganda and only lease. Get their moneys and run. They bank with banks of their home countries. Invest that money in stable economies starting in Kenya onwards
Let me tell you the honest truth.all Baganda will be made poor like it or not. Never take loans from your local banks as long as they have access to your accounts . Make all Baganda poor n manage the country
I feel sorry for my friend but at times it's our fault. I remember we had the same problems at the same time in the same bank. When things got so bad, I opted to sell my project before fore closure he opted to fight the bank. Yes the president said banks shouldn't sell our properties but a bank is a bank and it holds people's money. When it's time for depositor's to pick their money, can they say the president gave an order? We need also to respect banks or we don't go to Banks. Let me tell you, it's hard to pay a bank loan for simple reason. Interest rates on loans are so high that when you take it, you will have surrendered the property. Two, we usually channel bank loans to other things other than the intended project. Three, when we go for bank loans, we just sign whatever documents presented to us without reading through and may be consulting legal experts before we sign. To sum it all, there's no close in those loan documents that safeguard the interest of the borrower. It's all about protecting the bank. Next time, let's be careful but if it's not extremely necessary, one needs to avoid these loans as much as possible.
Why disorganise such a brilliant man who was contributing to development of the nation. It's not fair at all
People from kyaggwe we are humble, patient, hardworking and well wishers!!
