This was my ringtone for my phone. I used it for caller ID for my immediate family. The week that my mother died, it was just nonstop. Just finished HIMYM, and I'm currently going thru all the best moments and Easter eggs, and came across this song which was the first sign of Tracy's death... The last episode wasn't the best, but the journey to it was Legend - wait for it - Dary (Dairy). I hope sometime in the future we get more insight to Ted and Tracy's marriage, because this was severely lacking in the show, and I know everyone would love to witness it. This sitcom made me believe that there is someone for everyone, and that means me too... And one day I hope to look back to me writing this and realize I really did find "the one" and rejoice. A popular show like HIMYM or scrubs, greys anatomy, etc have a platform to reach a larger, more broad, audience. They were just giving credit to shows for introducing them to bands they wouldn’t have found otherwise.

Just finished HIMYM, and I'm currently going thru all the best moments and Easter eggs, and came across this song which was the first sign of Tracy's death... The last episode wasn't the best, but the journey to it was Legend - wait for it - Dary (Dairy). I hope sometime in the future we get more insight to Ted and Tracy's marriage, because this was severely lacking in the show, and I know everyone would love to witness it. This sitcom made me believe that there is someone for everyone, and that means me too... And one day I hope to look back to me writing this and realize I really did find "the one" and rejoice. March 03, 2021.
If you had paid attention, the whole story wasn't about how he met Tracy, as the kids pointed out it was about how he still loved Robyn. So, there's absolutely no need for more insight into Ted and Tracy, they already concluded it.

Why does it matter how someone finds a song? We keep treating each other like shit because some people think they're better because they didn't come from a TV show. Some people say their great taste in music brought them here, but honestly, the fact you put in effort to finding the song after seeing in on TV, doesn't that already prove you have good taste? How I Met Your Mother, Criminal Minds, whatever, it doesn't matter, what does matter is 18,433,822 people have been lucky enough to find this epic piece of music.
Funny thing, I've heard this song so many times before, and I've thought it was great, but has never looked it up.. But now when I was watching HIMYM, and it started playing, it literally spoke to my heart. I just had to look it up. And when I found out which band it was, I almost got sad.. This is one of the guy(who I love) favourite bands.. And it will never be him and me.. So now I'm just gonna enjoy this song and cry.
