Choose Honor over Feelings

By doing what is honorable, you empower yourself, realign your energies, and dissolve energies that detract from your mission. Initially, it may require willpower to cut through these murky states, but once the connection to love and unity is made, it becomes easier.
Bentinho also encourages listeners to accept their emotions, and clarifies that true acceptance of the non-self is neither suppression of feelings nor indulgence in them, but rather non-identification with these emotions.
He emphasizes that you cannot love or accept what you are not free from. The power of will and wisdom enable you remove your focus from temporary sentiments and to proceed with what you know is honorable. This choice leads to profound stability, clarity, and peace that will greatly improve your experience of life.
