Looks good. I am pretty sure the sliders are more of a silver color, but it's your car. When screwing down the slides to the seat, you probably want the other half that screws to the floor engaged with the slides, that will keep them perfectly parallel to the slides that screw to the floor, otherwise they will bind. I also leave the back hinge off the bottom, while perfectly correct to have it, without it, it allows the back to move further back for taller drivers. Good work, keep it up!
Yes the sliders are normally silver, but mine were quite rusty and the solution I use to remove the rust turned them a very dark grey, so I painted them instead. I have fitted the runners to the slides and they run without any binding at all.
Great job 👍
Really enjoyed your entire series ! Redoing a TC but very similar process. Look forward to future videos.
Nice work Jamie👌🏼

THE EXTRA SEAT MATERIAL IS FOR COLOR MATCH REPAIRS IF NEEDED
That makes sense now. Thanks for that info
The two small strips of vinyl trim out the bottom front of the seat back, on the plywood below the spring cage.
Buen trabajo. La atención al detalle es todo...
Thanks, it turned out better than I was expecting
Looks professional! Always wondered why the seats have slides but the backrest is stationary? Seat goes forward leaving a gap under butt?
In theory the back of the seat should move as well if it is attached to the hinge
