There are railroads in custom gtav maps like the gtaiv mod someone in the bttfv discord had the delorean on the railroads in liberty city
Sierra in different gta maps.

If the delorean can clip to different railroad so can Sierra (Theoretically)

There has to be a mod out there that adds traffic paths to all the railroads for cops to go down. making the game a bit harder and more entertaining for Sierra

I’ve been doing my research but unfortunately I don’t think such a mod exists. The only thing I was able to find that was close enough to it was the Train on Highway mod. It’s on my channel.
